CANCELLATION POLICY 

Please note our non refundable 48 hr cancellation policy.

We send a reminder text 4 days in advance to allow enough time to cancel or reschedule.

To secure your appointment, we ask that you reply YES or contact us to reschedule on 9740 4018 or via our social media sites / email - gemmashairstudio@gmail.com.

If we do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours of your appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. 

If you do not arrive for your appointment after confirmation, we will require you to pay a 100% no-show fee before securing your next booking.

Gemma’s Hair Studio will always confirm your service with a reminder text, phone call or email within a minimum of 48 hours of your upcoming appointment. 

When making an appointment with us, new clients and existing clients are required to pay a booking fee to secure your booking.

Booking fees can be transferred to your next booking if cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior.

HAIR ADJUSTMENTS 

While we aim to perfect your colour every time, we understand that at times you may feel like you need an adjustment, Please kindly note we have a 7 day notification policy if you would like to adjust something about your hair. We do not offer refunds. A in salon consultation would be required to ensure enough time is booked out for any correction and is free of charge.
